I just contacted customer support to see about getting IPv6 activated on my service.
I got the strange answer of "we're not allowed to change IPv6 settings" and a modem reboot.
I have a SMC D3G gateway and can access the web interface.
Appreciate any advice on proceeding, feel like Comcast customer service is a dead end on this.
(Aside: there also seems to be no way to open a ticket on the business.comcast.com website that might get routed to someone knowledgeable, have to call).
