able to get a cablecard?

Comcast business website says we are able to get a cablecard with out service; http://businesshelp.comcast.com/help-and-support/tv/use-cable-card-business-class-tv-service/

When i called up customer support to order a cablecard i was told that they business customers cannot get them. When i told hem about what it says on the website, they said they could not see any results for cablecards on the business website.

So which is true? Can we get a cablecard?

You must have Business Class TV Line of Business (LOB) on your account in order to obtain a cable card for use in your Comcast cable box or your personal device. You can have Private View BCTV LOB added to your bundled account for $4.95 by contacting a sales agent direct.
