I have had Business TV for about 3 months now (along with internet) and the last 2 weeks my TV reception has been terrible...the picture breaks up -- boxes (pixels) across the screen, audio cutting in and out, etc....it is practically unwatchable. I have had numerous tickets opened - techs come out and say the problem is with the signal outside (all interior connections have been checked and are okay)...the tech "transfers" the ticket to the "outside" guys and say they will fix it -- nothing ever happens, the ticket gets closed but I still have terrible reception. Is there anyone higher up in tech support I can talk to to try to get this resolved. 2 weeks and counting is ridiculous for a Business account and the amount of money I am paying
