Streaming not working with new X1 install
Had X1 installed today for our business.. Can't get streaming to work on the PC app or Roku..
Seems like it thinks we don't have a subscription..
Where do I go from here?

Hey slilly and welcome to the forums! It sounds like maybe there is an issue with the way the service is provisioned on the backend. I'd be happy to take a look if you'd like to send me a private message (just click on my handle, Comcast_Gina) and send over your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number.
