When I log into the remote app with our business credentials, it doesn't show the cable boxes for our plan. It shows three boxes named Bedroom, Guestroom, and Master Bedroom. I'm not sure where it's getting those cable boxes from though. We have four cable boxes and we definitely never named any of them those names. The address for the account I'm signing into is the correct address, so I'm not sure why the correct cable boxes aren't showing up. Any ideas? To me the prepopulated names seem like a demo mode or something.

That's definitely an odd issue and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I can certainly understand how that could be concerning especially if you have not named your boxes.
Is this the app you're using: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-the-cable-tv-app? Comcast Business does not have a remote TV app; however, Xfinity does.
It is true that it is Xfinity, but I noticed they recently added a business login section for the remote app, and it does let me log in. It just shows me cable boxes we don't have for some reason.
