At the resturant, we have 4 Comcast boxes. They all say the same error message on the T.V.
"ONE MOMENT PLEASE This channel should be available shortly. Ref code S0a00"
Checking out Comcast online - it says there is no problem at the location.
There is 100% a problem. The only thing I noticed is that there is a red light behind all of the Comcast boxes. Usually only a blue light in front of them.
Called support, said they can't send anyone to help due to COVID-19. I am hoping somebody has seen this issue before and can suggest ways to fix it.
