My Comcast Digital Adapter Remote (DTA) went bad. I have 2 units so I was able to test with the remote to the second unit and channels turn fine. Changed batteries and everything on first remote and only the change volume, power on/off will work to control the tv but it will not change the channel on the box. Who do I contact to get a replacement remote?

Hi cguyer. The Business Service Center @1-800-391-3000 can assist with scheduling a service call to address this issue. Also here is link to area Service Centers that can provide a new unit.
