Has any Business Comcast customer tried to cancel their TV service due to non-use? I tried and customer service rep told me it comes with the business service package and cannot be removed, but yet they bill us monthly fees of $11.95 for a broadcast TV Fee and the Basic TV service. Is this just a small way that Comcast can get extra fees tacked onto each business customers monthly bills? I'd say that's quite a sneaky way of doing business.
