Our hospitality account was installed last week... we were given no paperwork at install and are looking for the channel lineup to print for the guest rooms. The channel guide isn't helpful to someone traveling as they have no way of knowing which channels are afiliates of what networks. My "sales rep" sent me a list but it is for the wrong market. I clled the 800 number and was told "we don't do channel line-ups...the best thing is for one of youse guyses staf to scroll through the lineup"... well, aside from the fact that I am a staff of one, I recently relocated here myself so I don't even know what many of the channels are...
I can't believe you can't/won't provide a customer with a list of what they are paying for and should be receiving.

If you have Comcast Cable TV and Internet services, you can register on the Business Class Portal and obtain your Channel Listings using the TV link or ICON. It would be necessary for you to review your billing statement to determine exactly what TV type, Private or Public, then the actual TV Package description, Basic, Select, Variety, Digital Standard, or Preferred. The two pieces of information will enable you to look within the Channel Listing to see exactly what channel descriptions and respective numbering.
