I don't expect to get an answer here... as I have spoken to several customer service representatives and can't get an answer. My request is quite simple. All I need is a listing of my channel lineup. I was emailed (from a general email address that is unmonitored and can't be replied to... big surprise) some instructions to log on to My Account and select My Services and then select TV to view my channel lineup. Well... I can select My Services but once I do... TV is not an option. The only options it gives me are Security and Phone, even though I pay for internet, phone and TV. What a shame that I pay for all these services and can't get any help or answers. Comcast Business is a JOKE.
Carls comcast business services offer a courtesy set of channels as this is how the system is built.
If you have a line item charge it should also show the name of the item, with this and your local market I can find your lineup for you.

The lineup is showsn per your market when logging into the business portal.
Does the account number on your bill, that you receive, match the account number you see when you log into the portal.
i have no idea what a portal is, its just a simple channel lineup, i am paying for a service and you cant provide me what i am paying for. i shouldnt have to lookup anything i dont have time for that. and i already answered the question anyway the -2 is missing online if i am even looking at the right screen. just send me a channel lineup is all i am asking for, i am not a computer expert and could care less about whatever a portal is. im done with it, got work to do
The portal is where you login to see your account information.
This is where you get your lineup though. It is per your market, mine is different than yours.
just forget it, dish network can give me a channel lineup in just a few minutes without me having to lookup anything i dont have time for that. we had dish for years and never had any trouble and knew what channels i had.
the login thing under tv shows all channels available starting at 2 going all the way up to 1200 something. i dont want and could care less about all channels. i will say it again, all i want is a list of what channels i am paying for and should be getting. its not a complicated question, it should be readily avalable to every customer.

READ MY QUESTION VERY CAREFULLY! THIS LINK SHOWS ALL CHANNELS AVAILABLE TO ME, THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM ASKING, THEN THE FINE PRINT AT THE BOTTOM EVEN SAYS THIS IS NOT ALWAYS ACCURATE. WHY WOULD I WANT TO KNOW ABOUT CHANNELS I AM NOT PAYING FOR. NO FILTERS ANYWHERE TO GET MY CHANNELS.
