Business CABLECARD Not receiving Virtual Channel Table (VCT)
I have my service in a secure building that will not allow a tech into.. I'm having issues with both of my cable cards, neither are receiving a virtual channel table (VCT). With no channel table my cards wont scan and list channels for me to watch. Can someone please help me, I'm more than capable to be your remote tech if I can find somome from comcast that knows what to do with cable cards!
