Adding channels

Is there a way to add channels online to a business account or do you have to do it by phone?

I apologize but at this time we do not offer upgrades via the business portal. Due to contractual agreements we would require phone contact for such a change. If you like I can have one of my Loyalty reps contact you with pricing information. If so please send me a private message with your preferred contact number so I can have someone call you. I hope this information helps.

We have a Business TV and looking through the channel line up for the Deluxe Digital, there is no CMT channel 146. I cannot find anywhere that this channel can be added at no charge.  Is this something that can be done via phone?

I can assist with your channel inquiry. By looking here, CMT is available in the Sports and Entertainment Deluxe package for public view business accounts. Please do let me know if you need anything.
