I am attempting to gain access to our comcast business gateway (modem) to verify some DHCP settings.
To the best of our knowledge, the default username of cusadmin and password of highspeed was never changed but when attmepting to log in I get "login attempt failed"
Is there a way to reset the password without having to reset gateway to factory default?
what is the process to reset to factory default?

The password on the gateway has been reset back to default and no other settings have been changed.
Please try to login again.
If you ever need to factory reset modem there is a small reset button on the back of the modem, push the reset button down for about 10 seconds. Below is a picture of what it looks like. As you may know factory reseting will erase any configuration setting you made in the modem.
