We'd need to change the modem MAC on the account first, since the rental would be the one associated with it and provisioned for service. Can you please send over a private message by clicking on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and providing your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number? I'll also need the MAC address, make, and model of the new modem. Thanks!
