Recently, I needed to check something in my Netgear gateway and was unable to access the web interface at 10.1.10.1
I restarted the modem 2 days ago and was able to access the interface, but an attempt this morning again failed. Has there been a recent firmware update that's been pushed or is this a case where the modem will need to be replaced?
I can do a factory reset to the modem to see if it helps. Please send a private message when you are ready for me to proceed.
I'm having the same issue. After a day or two of uptime I am unable to access the web interface and pings to the web interface IP go from 1ms to 4-7ms. A power cycle always fixes it.
Fantastic another customer experiencing the same issue. And yet it was deemed my fault and I was charged a $99.95 fee for a tech to come out and fix it.
