Trying to login 10.1.10.1 so I can open ports for a DVR camera system and the login fails. I called 800# with the assistant telling me to use the default login cusadmin and highspeed. Still no luck. Am I missing something.

Hi Fixit2832. The gateway username/password have been reset to the defaults. Let us know if you still unable to connect.
