I am unable to login to the Comcast gateway to check settings; I am using the default user ID of cusadmin. I am pretty sure that I changed the password after installation, but the password is not working. Am I able to do a reset to factory settings, or is there a way that the password can be changed by Comcast support?

I have reset the modem password to its default "highspeed" please, let me know if you need anything else.
