All of a sudden my modem eithernet connects wants me to activate xfinity. Now have no internet access via wired connection and it locks up my wifi connection via cell phone it the cable is connected to the desktop computer. WTH? Can not access any tech reps because they are overloaded. Was on hold for two hours this morning 9-19-17. Any info would be appreciated!

Finally got Customer Support and the problemn was resolved. Comcast reset the terms of our contract and did not notify us. It turned off our internet access. We are now reconnected. Thankyou for responding to my inquiry.
