We just upgraded from the 75mbps to 150mbps service on Monday. We had been getting speeds around 90mbps. That hasn't changed since the upgrade. The modem powercycled itself today when it received the upgrade (I also received a thank you for upgrading email from Comcast at the same time).
The modem is a rented SMCD3G with 4 downstream chanels. They have downstream power ranging from 4.7 to 5.9 and SNR ranging from 37.3 to 37.9.
Any ideas or do I need to call in for service? Need Comcast to provide an upgraded modem?
