Our SB6121 locks up at 1:20 AM, plus or minus a few minutes. It doesn't happen every night, but this month it has happened 5 times. The modem needs to be power cycled to get us back on line. Comcast Business tech support said to replace the modem, so I did. Since then, the same thing has happened twice, leading me to believe the problem is not with the modem. The fact that it happens at approximately the same time leads me to believe that an attempted firmware update by Comcast is causing the issue.
Is anyone else having this problem?

I am the OP. Comcast tech support was unable to resolve this issue, so I resorted to installing a cheap mechanical timer to power cycle the modem in the middle of the night.
