We can no longer gain access to our SMC router/modem. When you do a login/password reset, is that the only thing that is reset? I know we have static IPs set and would like everyting else to remain the same.

Welcome Duane_Jaeger.  The gateway has been reset to the defaults.  The password reset does not affect the gateway configuration file.  No other changes were made to the gateway.

Welcome Oncothyreon.   I you will send me a private message (PM)  the RF MAC address and the account number, I will have the Tier 2 agent reset it to the default.

Hello, I would like the username & password on my gateway reset to their defaults. I too have the problem where what was supplied to me by the installer no longer works for some reason. Thanks for your assistance!

My school SAICTech is good to go.  I had to reboot the modem however.  I am not onsite at SJSTech and can't log in either.  Can you send a reboot command?
