We can no longer gain access to our SMC router/modem. When you do a login/password reset, is that the only thing that is reset? I know we have static IPs set and would like everyting else to remain the same.

Welcome Duane_Jaeger. The gateway has been reset to the defaults. The password reset does not affect the gateway configuration file. No other changes were made to the gateway.
Welcome Oncothyreon. I you will send me a private message (PM) the RF MAC address and the account number, I will have the Tier 2 agent reset it to the default.
Good afternoon John. I would also like to have our username/password reset to default. Sorry to ask in a forum but the customer service automated phone disconnected multiple times.
