Alas, I too need password reset. I've been locked out for months. Thought it was me. Based on this thread I believe it was some gotcha that effected a lot of people.
Well, I've got the same issue here. Suddenly some of our port forwards stopped working, so I went to log in and take a look, but the password no longer works. What I thought was the default password doesn't work, either. Can you help?
I am having the same problem. I attempted to log into the modem to fix some port forwarding issues, and can't log in with the default credentials. Can you reset my modem to the default credentials as well?
I do not know the username or password, i dont think I ever changed it, but it is not the default. I am not sure if the installer gave me a new name/password when he set it up, but I am trying to forward ports so I can view my surveillance system from a remote location and need access tot he router. How can I do this, afraid to reset the whole system as it is connected to my credit card/POS system and dont want to mess up any settings that may be synced with that system.

I tried to login to my smc business gateway and the default login doesnot work anymore. I wanted to review errors that seem to be happening on our circuit when we live stream on sundays. How do I get the proper login password combo?
Just got my previous device replaced yesterday and I am unable to log into the new one to make changes so that I may view my security cameras from home. Could I have mine reset back to default please?
