I need to have my gateway password reset. Is there an easier way to have this done than just posting in a forum. I've search the support forums and this was all I could find.

The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults.
I'm a new customer, and I can't log in to my router. I tried the cusadmin/highspeed but no luck. How do I reset it to default? I need to add my new wireless router since my customers are getting upset after being kicked off after an hour using the hotspot
I have tried to reset my gateway to get my default name/pass to login and it is not accepting anything I try. Could you set my gateway to default?
I also need the password reset on my router. We used to know what it was, but it appears it was somehow changed. Username was "cusadmin" and passord of "highspeed".
If you are able to reset, could you also please tell me what the default username and passwords are?

I had just changed the default it says in my notes on the 14th of September. Alas, neither it nor the default will allow me to log in.
Could you please reset mine back to the default?
Also, do you know if a SMCD3G modem is eligible for an upgrade?
