I havent been able to even login once to mine. This service is not starting out well at all. Can I have my user/pass set to what I was told it was supposed to be?
I'm having the same problem logging in to my modem/router. I tried both my password and the default 'cusadmin/highspeed' and neither works. The biggest problem was that after a power failure it switched the DHCP address of one of my machines, screwing a lot of stuff up.

We also can no longer login to the Comcast Business Gateway using our credentials. The default user name & password is also not accepted. Please assist ASAP, so that we make make a necessary configuration change.

That is definately plausible. Please send me your account information and the MAC address from the device that needs reset, so we can have an agent reset it for you.
I need cusadmin password reset on my device. Please do not reset all settings to default, as this will wipe critical configuration information. Password reset only please.
