Our router cusadmin password has changed.  It did not revert to the default.  Could you reset the router remotely to factory defaults or can I do that locally?

I am having the same issue with my SMC Modem, I preformed 2 factory resets and still can not manage to get in.

We also need to have our password reset to default.  I assume this does not change the settings that modified for my network?
