I'm trying to log into my gateway, but it seems the default username/password is not working for me. Can you please reset them?

Not going to pretend this wasn't on my end - changed router/modem password on security grounds, forgot the new password instantly. Need it reset, this time i'm writing it down as I type it Smiley Frustrated

Having the same issue.  My SMCD3G doesn't seem to be taking the password for the cusadmin account that I set or the default.  Can I get it reset to the default password?

Hello,

 

I cannot login to our comcast SMCD3G, could this please be reset to default username and password? Also will this cause an outage on our network?

Welcome dmisyseng.   The reset does not  initiate a reset of the Router.  The gateway username/password has been set to the defaults.

I am also uanable to login with the default user ID and password.  I would like to have a reset done as well, please.

Ip-Gateway's password has been reset back to default.

We just received our package here yesterday, when I came in today to configure the router to meet our needs I realized the default cusadmin login didn't work, after a few searches I ended up.

 

If it is as simple as asking for my password to be reset as well I would like to request that.

I just can not get into my modem, although I'm sure that my password is correct.
You can reset my password without resetting the port forwarding?
