Hi, we are attempting to change some settings on our Comcast Business SMC3DG Gateway Router, but the default username and password are not working. Is there any way we can get assistance to reset the credentials to default? Thanks.
Can you please reset my gateway to the default login/password?

I guess I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I've tried holding the reset button for 15 seconds as well as disconnecting the power cable, holding the reset button, and reconnecting the power cable. Neither of these methods has reset the username and password.
I've been trying to access my modem to set up port forwarding but the username and password are not working. Could you reset our modem login to default also please? Thankyou

I was initially able to access the modem however, I have now lost access completely to 10.1.10.1 and no internet connection. Any way you can help me get back to my initial configurations?
Checking the IP-Gateway (modem), it was noted LAN dhcp was disabled.
It has been enabled at this time, please check your connectivity.
