Return equipment as not receiving bills and when attempting to explain supervisor doesn't care
I need to know how to return equipment for business services as when I attempt to explain the situation to people they don't care and just say you're stupid for not paiying your bill. I first off was forced to get a business line as was needing a second line of service for use for work at home for my employer as I do not have a business myself and then added a phone line which has never worked to 'lower' the bill and it has not done anything. I am not receiving bills and when I explain what has gone on they don't care over the phone.
