I got an email late last night which stated "Your order is on the way!" It provided a (linked) tracking number, but instead of clicking it, I typed the number manulally into the UPS website. It does indeed pull up tracking information for a package coming to my city.
But I never "ordered" anything. I am not expecting anything to arrive. And I can not seem to find any sort of purchase history on the website indicating an order was placed.
Is this just a new, upgraded modem/router that they are sending to me free of charge? Or do I need to be worried that someone has logged in to my account and ordered something that I may have to pay extra for, on my next bill??
