Comcast technician replaced SMS modem with new Netgear modem and now I'm not able to port forward the DVR so I can remotely view the survillance.
I need help please.
HI prowess. Our Support Center reports issue resolved as of 11/16, with port forwarding enabled on ports 19600 thru 19603. Please let us know this issues was not resolved.
Thank you very much for your reply. I have tried the port forwaring from 19600-19603 and it still does not work with Netgear modem. One of your on-site technician came and swap with SMC modem and all the port forwarding is working as I wanted. It seems like there is port forwarding issue with Netgear modem.
