Sometimes when I use Sharepoint it allows me to upload multiple files at once into the various libraries I've created. Other times it does not. Today I need to upload multiple files and cannot using various browsers and even various computers!
The help text does not match what I am seeing.
For instance, 'help' tells me to open the library; and On the Actions menu choose Open with Windows Explorer.
but there is not that option on the actions menu.
How do I find help (preferably LIVE help)?
