Move our modem
We are changing address and would like to move our modem with our infrastructure together, what it is necessary to do to install the modem in the other locality?
In the new locality we have the Comcast Bussines DPC3941B running at the moment. Can we just disconnect this modem and connect the modem from the old location?

Thanks for your question on the business gateway. For any order regarding business services, an installation with a tech would be required per policy. If you are transferring your services to a new location, we would need to have our sales team set this up as well. Service order agreements are based on the location.
