I've tried to reset it, reboot it, disconnect/reconnect all the cables, and am not getting any connectivity. Please advise.
Welcome HannahB. We can assist in this issue. Currently we show the SMC on line with one device connected. Are you adding a 2nd gateway to your service or additional routers to the SMC? Let us know
I connected with the customer support line--they're sending a tech out since it was showing as offline on their end as well.
