In setting up my file server for Ramsonware protection I get the following erro message sending email notification:
A File Server Resource Manager Service email action could not be run.
Error: IFsrmEmailExternal:endMail, 0x8004531c, Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Service unavailable,
Client host [73.223.X.X] blocked using Spamhaus.

Going to Spamhaus it says that the whole block is blocked:

Comcast Tech Support claiming is my modem that is blocking the ip address...
Any help would be greatly appreciated..

Hi and thanks so much for letting us know about the block block LOL! Are you using your own router? If you go into the router settings you can check to see if it's being blocked there but if not, please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, and suite number if applicable), and the phone or account number.
If the IP address is being blocked by Comcast, you can contact our Security Response Team. You can reach them through the weblink https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/ pr via their contact number 1-888-565-4329. That team is available 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET, 7 days a week.
If the IP address is being blocked by a third-party you will need to contact them directly as we cannot call them on your behalf.
If you continue to need assistace with IP blocking please contact the Security Response Team as our team is unable to assist.
