Got true bridge mode successfully turned on, other rep failed to turn off, now we have no Internet

The CSR that said he turned it off, had to ask for help. It is still on as you can't log into the modem even plugged into it directly. Now we have lost internet connectivity and business including phones are down. Need someone to turn it off that knows how to do it.
