We currently have Comcast Business Internet with a no-longer supported SMC cable modem. I would like to exchange this for a DOCSIS 3.0 modem. What is the easiest way to do this?

To upgrade your modem to docsis 3, please contact our technical support team at: 1-800-391-3000.
They will setup the tech call to replace it.
