This issue was known and posted about on 01-17-2018. This is 05-21-19 and I have already purchased a new router so I can see my devices. The cost was 98.00 plus tax. Please add a credit to my account for this amount. There is nothing that can be said for a business class customer that will suffice for an issue that has been known for over 16 months. Thank you.

That is not a feature that had a cost associated with it and while I totally understand why you bought your own device, we would not be able to credit for either of those things.
