Can the SMCD3GCCR modem be set to bridge mode?

I currently have an SMCD3GCCR cable modem for my business account. I need to change the settings from NAT setup to a Bridge.   What is the process to get this done?  Do I need to swap out my modem with another?

Re: Can the SMCD3GCCR modem be set to bridge mode?

Welcome EntropyWorks.  The SMC can be placed in bridge mode.  We will need the RF MAC_Address of the device to make the change.  Alternately the device can be replaced with a stand alone cable modem. Click here for the list of approved devices for Business Services.

Thank You
