My modem keeps losing connection. I tried calling in to general support line, and the self-help says there's something wrong with my modem. It tries to transfer me to support, and just hangs up.
How can I get in touch with someone to get this fixed?
Which number did you call? Normally, calling 1-800-391-3000 and selecting options 1,1,4 should get you to a human being at the Technical Support line.
If not, one of the admins here could also create & escalate support tickets; try sending a private message to any of the red "Comcast_<name>" users here.
