i am trying to access our comcast business gateway so that i can update it, our internet keeps dropping but i have used cusadmin/highspeed but it won't let me in....please help
i am just trying to figure out why we keep loosing internet.

You must be interconnected to the Comcast Gateway via an Ethernet based computer connected to any of the LanPorts 1-4 in order to connect. If you are still having issues and are not using a Static IP address, then depress the little black reset button for 15 seconds minimum to reset you default cusadmin/highspeed CG login credentials.

ok so im not so sure i understand what you mean.
i am on 1 of the 7 computers on our network. are you saying that i need to be on a specific computer to do this?
No I am saying that any computer directly connected to the CG via Ethernet cable can be used to log into any LanPort 1-4 in the CG.
