I need to update the PTR for out mail server. Who can I PM the info to?
Can anyone from Comcast help me to resolve this issue?
I did verify that the port is not blocked. If we were blocking this port the only thing that would be blocked would be outgoing mail not incoming mail. More information on ports that we block can be found here: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/internet/ports-blocked-on-comcast-network/
