Reverse DNS

I need to request a reverse DNS entry.  I have the company name, account number, and IP/DNS information.  But I don't know where to submit that request.  Could some one point me in the right direction to submit that request?

Hi,

Call me a dunce, but I can't figure out how to send you a PM.  I just registered ten minutes ago... am I restricted to PM for some time?  At any rate some !@$#@ spam nazi company has decided to treat my outgoing invoices as spam because I don't have a PTR record.  Please contact me for the IP and desired PTR so I can tell them to shut up.
