Hi I need to speak to a representative about updating an IP address on a PTR reverse lookup. We are currently undergoing some network changes and part of the change includes updating our DNS settings. My understanding is that I have to talk with Comcast directly as our other Domain provider(GoDaddy) does not handle PTR.

That would be correct as you would need to speak with us in order to implement or edit your PTR record. To implement this, a Comcast Business customer would need to also be subscribed to a static block. I'll be glad to assist with your request.
