PTR record requested

It seems that a forum post like this is the way to get a PTR record setup.  Can someone help me out?

This is not a general solution.  I, too, need PTR records, and have been unable to reach the right person to do it for me: I have been trying for a couple of weeks, and now it is costing me money.  

So, is the solution to put a query on these message boards and have some helpful Comcast guru jump in and received a private message?  If so, I need a guru, please!
