PTR record for outbound email

We need a valid PTR record for an address hosting a mail server we use for sending email alerts. Due to infrastructure and client restrictions, we must use this external server for outbound email alerts initiated by our SIEM product. Where should I direct this request?

RNDS (PTR) dns entry record - example: 198.162.1.1 -> alert.mydomain.com.

Welcome ddockter.  Please send me a PM with the IP address of the server and the server name.   We will have it added to the servers.

To send a PM.  Click on the user name and then click the link on the right  <send this user a private message>.  Messages   link/box  at the top indicates mail received.
