We recently switched to a fiber connection with Comcast, and we have not been able to get Comcast to create a PTR record for us. AOL and other domains are rejecting our emails. Today, someone at Comcast said we can add the PTR record ourself if we login to our Comcast modem.
They seem to be referring to a standard cable mode, but with the fiber Comcast installed a Juniper firewall, which I cannot access. I dont beleive its possible to create are own PTR in any case. Doesnt Comcast need to do this?

Please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the domain and IP we need to set up.
