PTR Request

I have called in and made the request for a PTR record. I was told it could take up to 48 hours BUT! Im in a pinch and i really need to have it as soon as possible. is there anything possible to help speed up the process?  Also i beileve the last digit of my IP is wrong. It is  5 not a 6

Just the plain old business class tech support line i asked to add a PTR record and the guy put in the request for me.
