Hi we need a change to the PTR record for our IP address. We recently changed our domain name and began having issues receiving email from a number of customers. We'd like to return to the original setting until we can correct the problem with our customers.
I sent a private message to Comcast_John eariler in the week asking about this but I have not received a reply nor seen any change.

The change I requested still hasn't been made. As a result our organization has not been able to receive email from one or more of our customers for a week now. I really need our PTR record updated ASAP.
