I've been searching around and I see that Comcast will setup a PTR record upon request. However, I can't seem to find the appropriate method of contact. I have simply one record that I would like to get setup.
I've seen a few posts mentioning the wonderful @Comcast_John, so I'm hoping him or someone equally awesome can help me out here

Thank you for the information.
PTR/RDNS has been setup as per request, but please allow 12 hrs for DNS entry propagation.
